Withdrawal Form
FLÖDEN accepts returns due to size, fit, change of mind or any other reason within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the conditions set out in our Returns Policy are met.
The direct cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the garment received is incorrect, damaged or defective.
This form is provided specifically for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal during the first 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
Its use is optional. You may also exercise this right by sending any other unequivocal statement to info@flodenbrand.com.
The statutory right of withdrawal is included within FLÖDEN’s 30-day commercial returns policy. You can find all applicable conditions in our Returns Policy.

How to submit the form
You may copy and complete this form and send it by email to info@flodenbrand.com.
You do not need to provide a reason for withdrawing.
Once we receive your notice, we will send you confirmation and instructions for returning the garment to our address in Alicante.
When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, you must send the return without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
The customer must arrange and bear the direct cost of return shipping. This condition does not apply where the garment received is incorrect, has arrived damaged or is defective, in which case FLÖDEN will bear the costs required to resolve the issue.
If you simply wish to return a garment because of size, fit or change of mind, you may do so under our commercial returns policy within 30 calendar days of receiving your order by following the instructions in our Returns Policy.
